The purpose of the company is the manufacturing and sale of household appliances, household articles, and textiles of all kinds, as well as provision of services and shareholdings in manufacturing, service, and commercial companies of all kinds. Data collection, processing, and usage for the company’s own business operations are done in order to accomplish the purposes stated above.

2.5 DESCRIPTION OF THE GROUPS OF PERSONS AFFECTED AND THE RELEVANT DATA OR DATA CATEGORIES

Customer data, employee data, and supplier data, provided that this data is necessary to accomplish the purposes stated under 4. above.

Public authorities where overriding legal requirements exist, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG, and external entities and internal departments to accomplish the purposes stipulated in 4. above.

2.7 STANDARD PERIODS FOR DELETION OF DATA
Legislators have enacted various safekeeping obligations and periods. The corresponding data is routinely deleted upon expiration of these periods. Data which is not affected by this is deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes stated under 4. above.

2.8 PLANNED DATA TRANSMISSION TO THIRD COUNTRIES
There are no plans for transmission to third countries.
