The Executive Board is the management body at the head of the Vorwerk Group.

The Vorwerk Group is divided into separate divisions - the Vorwerk & Co. KG located in Wuppertal leads those divisions as a strategic holding. On June 30th in 2011, the HECTAS companies were transferred to the Vorwerk Facility Management Holding KG in order to guarantee a clear strategic market position. The latter has by now become an affiliated company of the Vorwerk & Co. KG.
